Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

By making a purchase on Donutloot, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital, intangible virtual goods for use within the DonutSMP Minecraft server. Because these goods are delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by law.

2. Delivery Issues

Our automated systems deliver products almost instantly. However, on rare occasions, server lag or connection errors may delay delivery. If you have not received your purchased Digital Goods within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, please open a support ticket in our official community Discord. You must provide your transaction ID and Minecraft username. Our team will verify the payment and manually issue the items. Failure to receive an item immediately does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, we strongly ask you to contact our support team first to resolve the issue. Opening a dispute, charging back a payment through your bank or credit card provider, or creating an unauthorized payment claim is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

• Your access to DonutSMP will be permanently revoked (banned).
• All digital goods and progress associated with your account will be forfeited.
• Your Minecraft UUID and IP address may be blacklisted across our network and shared with partner anti-fraud networks.

4. Exceptions

In highly exceptional cases, such as verifiable fraudulent transactions processed without the cardholder's consent, we will work with the payment provider to resolve the unauthorized purchase and revoke the associated digital goods. Any refunds issued purely at the administration's discretion will be exclusive of any processing fees incurred.

5. Server Bans & Resets

Purchasing goods does not exempt you from the DonutSMP server rules. If you are banned, muted, or otherwise restricted from the server for rule violations, you will lose access to your purchases, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, Minecraft servers occasionally undergo global resets (seasons) to maintain a healthy economy. In the event of a server reset, progression and non-permanent digital goods may be wiped. This is part of the normal game cycle and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
